All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Germany.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be longer during drops, releases, or sale periods.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package needs to be re-shipped, additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

However, if any issue occurs, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
